Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Resetual is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being shipped.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
